How soon will I receive my order?

We use Sendle and Australia Post. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Please allow 3-7 days to receive your order from the date of dispatch. For pre-orders on out-of stock products, please allow for 1-2 weeks to receive your item.

Unforeseen delays can occur on the carrier’s end. Tracking notifications sent via email once shipped.

Please note we do not deliver to parcel lockers or PO boxes.

LOVAUREA currently ships Australia wide. International shipping coming soon.

How much is shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $10.00 Australia wide or FREE on orders over $100. International orders are quoted based on weight and destination of package.

Can I select my order as a gift and add a note?

Yes, please leave a note at checkout.

My order is damaged or it is missing items.

Please email orders at orders@lovaurea.com We will replace, or refund damaged items upon a photo verification of your item.
