Refunds

Happy customer happy us! If you are not satisfied with your purchase or the item is faulty you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, including receipt or order confirmation.

Please notify us at orders@lovaurea.com.  If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back without LOVAUREA Customer Service authorisation will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is incorrect or damaged.  It is a requirement to use a trackable method to mail your return with the appropriate insurance to ensure the item(s) are secure in transit.

Damages and issues

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. Please contact us within 2 days at orders@lovaurea.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If your package is damaged in transit before receipt of purchase, please photograph package and contents so we can follow up with the shipping carrier.   

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order, provided order has not been dispatched and we are contacted at orders@lovaurea.com as soon as possible.  Please note refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and gift cards.
